All our products are shipped from Irvine, CA, USA and are bound by the carrier's regulations and limitations. The shipping services available to you when shopping on our website are as follows:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS), selective services listed at the checkout window

  • UPS (Negotiated discounted rates), selective services listed at the checkout window

The checkout process automatically calculates the shipping cost to your shipping address based on the weight, sale amount and address and will provide you with all the options available to you.. If you have any special request that is not featured on the checkout page please let us know. We will do everything we can to honor your request. Eurockk and Eurockk.com is not responsible for any customs or duties incurred at the destination country or any delays caused by the lack of information provided by the customer. This will be the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the original purchase date for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders, for unworn merchandise in the same package and condition it was mailed in. NO RETURN ACCEPTED ON HOSIERY. All returns have to be pre-authorized with a return id provided by our customer service through the contact US form. Eurockk reserves the right to refuse any returns not previously authorized and in this case the package will be returned to the sender by the same carrier that brought it.


Refunds

Upon receipt of an authorized return and as long as the item is in the same condition it was sold at, Eurockk will issue a refund through the same payment method that the product was bought with. Refunds are typically credited to the buyer's account with the return refund time frame imposed by that financial institution along with Shopify which is our payment collection service at this time.
